XXC Groep was founded in 2002 by a number of entrepreneurs with a proven record in industry and logistics to provide a range of management services to local, regional and international customers.

		Claas Borgers gained over more than 33 years of management experience as founder of Satt Control Benelux, Managing director at Ahlsell, Managing director at Alfa Laval Automation, Vice-President of ABB Benelux and Managing Partner of XXC Groep BV.


		Rudy Muller has started as service engineer in marine and industrial automation and became software architect and project manager for industrial IT solutions. Rudy founded a service department which grew to an enthusiastic team of 50 technicians. Rudy was member of the Management Team of Alfa Laval Automation, ABB Benelux, Business Area Manager for ABB and interim Manager for different companies. In 1984, Rudy started to build a new organization providing shippers and logistic service providers with SattStore WMS (Warehouse Management System), internal transport and automatic warehouse systems and supply Chain Integration solutions. In 2000, under international Marketing & Sales leadership of Rudy, SattStore WMS was market Leader in Europe (ref. ARC) and was divested in 2003 by ABB to become part of Consafe Logistics. During the years Rudy was product manager of SattStore WMS (Alfa Laval Automation/ABB) and e-Log WMS (Four Soft) and he supported US based companies to introduce their logistic solution in Europe. Rudy's experience and knowledge is in General Management, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Product Management, Consultancy, Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Merger and Restructuring, Interim- and Project Management. In business and private Rudy is qualified as team player, result-oriented, pragmatic, considerate, cost effective, immune to stress, enthusiastic, communicative, creative, hands-on mentality, entrepreneur, no 9-5 mentality. Rudy is looking for new challenges where he can look for innovative and sustainable solutions in order to work more economical and efficient and where the employees have the feeling that they have contributed to the result.
